I was really hoping to have at least drafted the body of my big fic by the time snippets were due. Which would leave me a couple months for edits/revisions/deciding how much of the after effects to write.

This plan did not work.

I'm really not sure I should act like this fic is going to get done on time. I'm barely holding onto hopes, and they're not high hopes. Depends on whether I get hit with the inpirasion train during this week's car trip.

I'm trying to be positive since at least my little fic is in good shape, but I really wanted to finish the big one.

There's still time, you might get some great inspiration! But at least you have the little one? <3

I seem to be getting back into some kind of writing groove - well, when I'm not procrastinating playing Horizon Zero Dawn or crocheting! I wrote about 3000 words on my WiP which I didn't completely hate! I am definitely doing better than I was last week which gives me hope!
